House of Noa
Temaki in the Beurs van Berlage's old bicycle cellar, on a menu by Ken Srisangkhan of Ken Sushi, with a weekend members' club after dinner.
House of Noa is in the former bicycle cellar of the Beurs van Berlage, entered under the Damrak tower. The Seafood Bar's Fleur and Pepijn de Visscher own it with Ken Srisangkhan of Ken Sushi, who developed the menu but does not cook here. It opened in January 2026. The menu is built on temaki, served in pairs: salmon €13, unagi €15, otoro €20, wagyu €21, or one each of seven kinds for €50. There are also black cod miso (€29) and a chef's menu at €75 each, for two or more. NSMBL's Karlijn van Spankeren called the temaki the stars of the evening, above all the unagi and otoro. Dinner runs Tuesday to Sunday from 18:00; on Friday and Saturday from 21:30 the cellar becomes a members' club.
Book through SevenRooms or walk in for dinner; payment is card only. Weekend nights after 21:30 are members only, and membership is free.
