A clever snack from a young founder, but an hour is dinner time, not sandwich time.
Rolling Sushi dragged the TikTok queue south of the canal belt: a crispy fried-rice sandwich holding tuna or salmon sashimi, invented by a founder who opened the shop at nineteen. Credit where due, the idea is fun, the fish is fresh, and the sweet sandos give the feed its second video. The problem is arithmetic: an hour of queueing for a nine fifty snack is a worse deal than most restaurants in this city. Off-peak it is a perfectly nice fifteen minutes. If you actually love sushi, the same evening buys you a counter seat where the rice is the point.
