Winkel 43 was famous long before TikTok existed; the platform just found it. The apple pie comes out warm, the crust snaps, the cinnamon is loud, and the whipped cream arrives in quantities that suggest nobody here fears judgement. On Saturday the queue merges with the Noordermarkt crowd and looks worse than it is: the line moves fast because most people take slices to go.
