The famous stroopwafel stand on the Albert Cuyp, where the waffle is pressed while you watch and the syrup is still moving when you bite. The queue is really just market foot traffic and rarely costs you more than fifteen minutes; the reward asymmetry is excellent. Skip the Kalverstraat imitations with the chocolate dips and the toppings: a warm stroopwafel needs nothing. In the guide, scored.
